Best Buy tries to dig themselves out of their retail slump with this spot, featuring the creators of some of the most ubiquitous mobile technologies of the past decade, from Instagram to Words With Friends, up to text messaging and camera phones. They even manage to cram a little humor in there.

This ad is far less terrible than it has any right to be. In fact, despite it’s not being glamorous or flashy, it’s a pretty damn fine commercial. It’s a great concept and a great pitch.
