Go ahead and file this under “100% rumor” and “wild speculation”, but it looks like we might get an official look at the new Motorola Droid tablet sporting the Honeycomb Android OS, in an ad to be aired during the Super Bowl.

The rumored name of the device is the Xoom, and Andy Rubin supposedly used an iteration of this same device during his talk at All Things Digital a few weeks ago. It’s not clear whether Chad Ochocinco’s tweet about getting his hands on the device in early 2011 added credence to already existing speculation, or fueled said speculation outright, but either way we’ll know the answer soon enough.

The device itself is supposed to go on sale February 14, which we guess kinda sorta lends credibility to the rumored Super Bowl commercial?

Check out this (long-ish) video featuring what is apparently the Xoom at the All Things Digital conference. The tablet is definitely sexy, whatever it is!httpvh://www.youtube.com/watch?v=koIzhLaRJJo
