Chevy takes 30 seconds of your bathroom break for a quick trip down scientific discovery lane, equating their Chevy Volt electric vehicle with such milestones as the invention of the light bulb. Far be it from us to offer a differing viewpoint, but didn’t GM market an electric vehicle several years ago called the EV-1? Has everyone just conveniently forgotten that car? We understand that it didn’t quite take off, the market just wasn’t ready… we needed terrorists from an oil-producing part of the world to strike in our country and turn our government down the road to a fascist state. But still, the Chevy Volt isn’t even close to being the first electric car.
But it does look cool… we especially love how you plug it in to charge up in the same place as you would pop in the gas pump at your local service station.
