During 2016’s Super Bowl Bowl 50, singer Bruno Mars took the main stage at the Pepsi Halftime Show and re-confirmed why he has achieved such star status. Mainly its due to his competence as a singer and dancer, for the record. This year, Mars cedes the Halftime stage to Lady Gaga (the names of these people…) but that doesn’t mean the crooner will be entirely out of the Super Bowl 2017 limelight. No, in fact Mr. Mars will be the headline act of the three night “Super Week” concert series held at a massive 62,000 square foot nightclub just now opening in Houston, the same city where Super Bowl 50 will be played on February 5th.

Why they’re calling it Super Week when it’s a three night event, we’re not sure. How much more the days leading up to the Super Bowl can be exploited in ways that really have nothing to do with football, we’re also not sure. Why the owners of this new massive nightclub decided to call it Club Nomadic is also unclear, but the last time we checked, nomad culture had next to nothing to do with late night partying.
