Remember that $3.5M you had laying around and had no idea what to do with it? Well cross off advertising your personal escort services during the Super Bowl, because NBC just sold out all of their ad inventory.

They sold out around Thanksgiving, but there is actually still hope! Two deadbeat advertisers are trying to back out of their ad commitments, which means there may yet be some broadcast inventory coming back on the market! Don’t spend those millions just yet.

The average price on NBC this year was $3.5M for a Super Bowl “package”, which may include ads on streaming media or other outlets, depending on the individual package. One unnamed advertiser spent around $4M for their package, which is not at all a waste of money when you consider that you can only feed 16,666,666 children for four million dollars (according to the buzzkills at Feed My Starving Children, anyway).
