First Super Bowl 2010 Commercial — GoDaddy.com!

January 29, 2010

The first Super Bowl 2010 commercial is out and it’s not even February! Thank you, Lord Internets, you have served us well. Click to see it in all of its almost unrated goodness…

What is the video? GoDaddy’s new Super Bowl ad starring their favorite hot girl, Danica Patrick. The company is kind of in an old movie mood and goes with showing Danica in iconic scenes from Weird Science and Flashdance. There’s even a picture of Danica as Marilyn Monroe…

… and, well, it’s all undoubtedly very hot.

The company has bought two 30-second slots to air in the 1st and 4th quarters. Yes, the ads work just like they did last year — see Danica Patrick, see Danica Patrick in near undress, end commercial saying that there’s more online and that the online version is “unrated.” Which, by the way, never means that anyone is naked, it just means that you’re more willing to jump on your computer, pants down, rushing to be inevitably disappointed.

But we digress! You’re all here to see the video, so… without further ado, the new GoDaddy Super Bowl 2010 commercial.

…by the way, if you want to read the unrated version of this blog, just email us.

Adults are not the only ones watching the game/ads. There are children and teens watching as well. Is this what you would want your children seeing and learning on TV? What kind of values do you have?

We don’t think seeing attractive women, if half-naked, on TV is going to traumatize our kids. We think seeing men smash into each other as violently as possible is probably more damaging to their psyche than almost catching a glimpse of the same body part that feeds them.

I agree Ann. There is no respect for girls, and girls think that is okay… so sad.

What’s wrong with people these days? This, as well as so much else, is sad. What happened to values? You can still have quality shows, movies, commercials, etc. without the lack of values and respect. I just do not understand and never will, how people do this and why people watch.

If you don’t like what is on the super bowl ads, turn off the TV. I will be in front of my TV watching the game, and the commercials.

It is disgusting having GoDaddy commercials for the Super Bowl game. I think this should be one sports event that a family could sit down together and enjoy without having to worry about women being inappropriately dressed and exposing parts of their bodies as they do. It’s a shame that our society feels this is ok anymore and it’s not that bad.

I do understand your complaint, but, you’ve known what this stuff is about since the Janet J. mishap. So, just deal with it and shut up. Or just fix some chips during the break.

So it’s ok to have grown men running heads on at each other but it’s not ok to have attractive women too? Maybe you should have lobbied to have the gay commercials on instead. Think about the message , violence is ok but don’t look at women?! Is this Iraq we are living in?

So Nancy, I’m assuming you and your family watched the pre-show and I am sure y’all enjoyed the football game with the super models wearing Victoria Secret lingerie while tackling each other. After all that is part of the game festivities and so much better than letting your kids watch the scantily clad actors in the ads right? geez people, get a grip, if it’s ok for you and your family to watch the extremely violent sport of football (which I love) then a little sex won’t kill them.

Hey hey woah…girls have respect…I mean…without girls we wouldn’t have tits…right? Soooo…I respect the hell out of them, I mean they give me satisfaction, guaranteed.

Damn right…satisfaction my friend. Now, let’s go get some drinks and buy some hookers. If they don’t think it’s respectful, then why offer themselves up for sale? Let’s go Mahoney.

  13. Ellene on February 9th, 2010 3:22 am

Most girls want respect. Hookers, on the other hand, do not. So go ahead. “buy” all the hookers you want.

  14. Colten on February 9th, 2010 12:39 pm

Okay, so women who are whining about this being disrespectful, the guys in commercials are always portrayed as total retards. We get way less respect than women in commercials. Chill out. The media gives you women way more credit.

A culture of decline at its finest hour. Intellectual and moral decay basking in beer, tits, chips, and a kiddie porn perverts performing at halftime…so what. At least it was an exciting game. What, me worry?
