And that’s why you don’t be a douche to dogs. We’re very “eh” on this commercial. We say — more little boy slapping a guy, less douchey dude being collared by dog. It had potential and all, but, maybe we’re not into the frat boy humor quite as much as Doritos seems to be.
and see it in HD…

I really liked the message on this one. Shock collars are abusive and don’t need to be used on any animal. Horrible devices.

[...] “Underdog,” Doritos: We yelled “Holla!” when this taunted dog flipped the tables and put the shock collar on the man. Payback is simply delicious. [...]
This is a Great!! Commerical. It shows that these shock collars are no good. God gave dogs communication by barking and that is what they do. It’s only obivous that those that think they can put shock collars on their dog, would not put it on themselves. Some people should put it on. Anyway Great Job!!! Dorito’s for showing that shock collars are cruel.

Kudos to Doritos. Excellant commercials, better then all of the other ones. I am a dog lover and owner, to all that compained about the shock collar or being inhumane or the dog that choked on the bag. If you love your dogs then this won’t be an issue for your dog and don’t ever feed your dogs human food and don’t be pigs so your dog won’t get into the garbage or crap laying around where it shouldn’t be. People who use shock collars have animals not pets so they don’t even understand or care.

Cindy, please posted comments correctly. The people that wrote that they are against shock collars LIKED the commercial because it sends out a GOOD message.
Also, there isn’t anything wrong with pigs. I guess you just have never met one-alive that is.
Animals ARE pets and PETS are animals. They are ALL the same. Duh!
After reading your message it is clear you ARE a dog OWNER and that is it. Sounds like you are NOT a dog guardian. How sad. For your dog.

Though I think bark collars should only be used as a last resort when other corrective training fails, I loved the commercial. The idea of the tables being turned on that jerk had me laughing my a– off!! Very creative and also thought provoking in respect to considering an animal’s pain when using these collars. Who knows, if this can cause people to be more considerate to animals, whats to say it won’t extend to people, too!
