Prudential’s Super Bowl XLVII commercial is visually pleasing, with an interesting set built in a sunlit park and all, but the commercial’s message is, well, it’s boring as all hell.

We know that making sure people are have balanced retirement savings plans is kind of their bread and butter, and that perhaps that’s not the sexiest thing in the world and all, but really this ad is just… blah.

What do you think, did this strike a chord with anyone out there? To us, this seems more like a commercial fit for a random Sunday morning than a Super Bowl Sunday.
