If there’s one thing you need to make a great action/comedy movie, it’s a great duo. And Danny McBride paired up with Chris Hemsworth certainly makes that. As it turns out, they also make a great tourism ad for the nation of Australia. (Hemsworth is Australian, by the way!)
The 2018 Tourism Australia ad starts off seeming like an action/comedy film preview, and keeps up with that amusing premise even after we learn the truth about the commercial. The minute-long spot showcases everything from the famed Sydney Opera House to the wide open outback to the miles of beaches to the fine wines.
And don’t worry, folks: Paul Hogan makes a cameo experience. The OG Crocodile Dundee is looking good for his later 70s, too.
