Kate Upton’s Super Bowl spot for “Game of War” followed a pretty tried-and-true model for Big Game advertising. It’s called: supermodel. Clever, ey?

In fact, Carl’s Jr. tried the same thing for a Super Bowl commercial past using Ms. Upton. And they’re doing it again this year with another lady – we’ll get to that later.

If you’re surprised to see a fantasy video game advertised for $4.5 million worth of airtime during the Super Bowl, well… welcome to 2015. People don’t go outside that much anymore, OK?
