We’re not really sure when mobile gaming, much of which is billed as free, in fact, became a big enough business for Super Bowl advertising, but this is hardly the first year we have seen it.

Though to be fair, the Ucool Heroes Arena Super Bowl LII spot was only fifteen seconds long and mostly featured footage from the game itself, unlike the epic mini movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger promoting a mobile game from a past Super Bowl.

Maybe this 2018 Heroes Arena Super Bowl ad will motivate a few downloads, but will it lead to enough downloads and additional upgrade purchases to cover the several million dollar price tag?

Well, let’s see if there is mobile gaming advertising in Super Bowl LIII…
